Jim Grigsby

Jim Grigsby, with over 25 years healthcare financial management experience, founded Jim Grigsby Consulting to implement solutions that improve revenue cycle efficiency and results. In addition, he provides analytics that measure progress, identify trends and alert you to challenges.

A proponent of staff development, Jim Grigsby has over 25 former employees in healthcare management positions. His experience and personal attention can improve your staff's professionalism, management skills, communication and results.

Jim Grigsby’s project experience ranges from small hospitals to academic teaching facilities; from single physician practices to large clinics, as well as MSOs, FQHCs, SNFs, LTCs, specialty hospitals and both hospital and physician CBOs.

Jim has provided management consulting and management communication consulting in healthcare, collection agencies and non-healthcare businesses.
